Welcome to kimdli. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App provided by the Developer, an independent developer. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Access
1.1 Kimdli is available for use on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. A stable internet connection is required to access Kimdli’s features.
1.2 You must be at least 16 years of age to use Kimdli. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
1.3 By using Kimdli, you represent that all information you provide during registration is accurate and current.
2. User Accounts
2.1 To access Kimdli features, you must create an account.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
2.3 Your email and password will not be visible to other users. Only your name, username, profile image and the country selected in your profile will be visible.
3. Free and Premium/Pro Versions
3.1 Free Version: The free version of Kimdli offers limited functionality, including a restricted number of image uploads and access to certain features.
3.2 Currently, Kimdli is entirely free to use. There is no paid version or payment options available at this time.
4. Content Sharing and Permissions
4.1 Kimdli allows you to write texts, upload images, add external links, and share links from posts. By submitting or sharing content, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other legal protections. All content must comply with these Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement (EULA) accepted upon accessing Kimdli.
4.2 You may choose to make your posts public or private. Public posts are visible to other users. Please ensure your privacy settings match your intended level of visibility.
4.3 Uploaded images are stored in their original resolution. However, Kimdli displays only a thumbnail version by default. Access to original files may be limited to premium features or paid services, such as physical photo album creation.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share. While we are not obligated to monitor all user activity, we reserve the right to conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use and the EULA. We may remove content or restrict access if violations are found.
5.2 We do not assume liability for any misuse of Kimdli or your content by third parties. Use Kimdli responsibly and manage your privacy settings accordingly.
5.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you post content that is unlawful, harmful, inappropriate, or otherwise violates these Terms.
6. Data Loss and External Factors
6.1 While we strive to provide a reliable platform, we are not responsible for data loss due to external factors such as technical issues, hacking, or third-party services. Please back up your data independently.
7. Permissions
7.1 Kimdli may request access to your camera for specific features. You will be prompted for consent before enabling these features. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
7.2 You may opt out of camera access, though this may limit some functionalities of Kimdli.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All rights, title, and interest in Kimdli and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Kimdli or its content without permission.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
9.1 Currently, Kimdli is entirely free to use. There is no paid version or payment options available at this time.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Developer is not liable for any damages or losses that result from your use of Kimdli, including any unauthorized access to your data or account, technical errors, or third-party actions.
11. Termination
11.1 You can terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within Kimdli. The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other misuse.
12. Changes to the Terms
12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through Kimdli or via email. Your continued use of Kimdli after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
